Order Processing Time

Please note that order processing time is separate from the shipping time shown at checkout. All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a separate notification once your order has shipped.

During periods of high order volume or due to unexpected postal service delays, processing and delivery times may be longer than usual. These delays are outside of our control, and we appreciate your patience.

Domestic Shipping Rates & Estimates

We offer shipping to all states in the United States where our products are legal. Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.

We do not offer international shipping at this time.

How to Check Your Order Status

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active. If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation, please contact us with your order number.

Returns, Refunds & Damaged Items

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. Please see our full Return & Refund Policy for complete details.

In the event your order arrives damaged, please email us as soon as possible at info@geekdweed.com with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review each case individually and work toward a satisfactory resolution.
